Pricing Errors

Although we make every effort to ensure the course prices on our website are correct, mistakes can sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of any of our products, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive a reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error and you have already paid for the order you will receive a full refund.
